The Farm

High in the mountains of Guadalupe, Huila, at 1,938
metres above sea level, Ananias Silvestre tends to
Finca Bella Vista - a micro-farm spanning just 1.35
hectares, where Pink Bourbon and Caturra trees grow
with obsessive care.

Ananias has been on our sourcing list since 2020.
Not because of volume, but because of consistency.
Every harvest, the same attention. The same precision.
The same results.

The 2025 lot was hand-sorted by density, fermented
in lined tanks, and slow-dried under covered plastic
dryers. It scored 88 points - described as jammy,
distinctive, and layered with complex florals, apple
jam, and stone fruit.

This is the last allocation from this harvest.
What remains is everything that exists.
