FAQ
Which coffee should I start with?

If you are new to Imprio, we highly recommend trying our 3-Coffee Bundle. It allows you to explore the unique flavor profiles of our Colombia, Kenya, and El Salvador beans. Plus, ordering the bundle instantly qualifies you for free shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands!

Will this coffee taste bitter or earthy?

Not at all. We meticulously source and roast our beans to highlight their natural sweetness, clarity, and vibrant fruit notes. You will experience a perfectly clean cup with absolutely zero earthy or harsh bitter flavors.

How fresh will my coffee be?

Peak freshness is our promise. We roast strictly in small batches every Wednesday and dispatch orders daily. Your coffee is packed in premium bags with a one-way degassing valve, ensuring it arrives at your door precisely in its optimal flavor window.

How does the subscription work for limited editions?

We source rare micro-lots in small quantities, meaning some of our coffees are strictly limited editions. As a subscriber, you always get priority access to these exclusive roasts. You can easily manage, pause, or adjust your subscription preferences at any time through your customer portal.

Do I need a special container to store my coffee?

No extra equipment is needed. Our coffee bags come ready with a built-in one-way valve and a resealable zipper to keep oxygen out and lock freshness in. Simply keep the bag in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.

I don't have a grinder. Can you grind the coffee for me?

While we strongly recommend buying whole beans and grinding fresh just before brewing to preserve the delicate aromas, we can grind it for you. Simply select your preferred grind size (e.g., V60, Aeropress, French Press, or Espresso) when adding coffee to your cart.

What is the difference between espresso and filter roasts?

We tailor our roast profiles to maximize each bean's potential. Espresso Roast is developed slightly longer to increase solubility, giving you a syrupy, balanced cup. Filter Roast is roasted for a shorter period to highlight the bright, delicate fruit notes.

How long does a bag of coffee last?

A standard 250g bag makes about 14-16 cups. If you drink two cups a day, one bag will last you about a week. Setting up a flexible subscription ensures you never run out of fresh beans.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship across Europe. Shipping is completely free for orders over €45 in Belgium and the Netherlands. For Germany, France, and Luxembourg, free shipping applies on orders over €80. Exact rates for other countries are calculated at checkout.
