RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. RETURN WINDOW
We have a 14-day return policy for equipment and merchandise, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (COFFEE)
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee bags unless the wrong item was sent or the package arrived damaged.
If there is an issue with your coffee (e.g., damaged bag), please contact us immediately at info@impriocoffee.com with a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR EQUIPMENT RETURNS
To be eligible for a return (for non-coffee items), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover the shipping cost.
- Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at info@impriocoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification (excluding perishable goods like coffee).
