1. FRESH ROASTING & DAILY DISPATCH
We roast fresh batches every Wednesday.
However, we ship orders daily (Monday to Friday) from our locations in Belgium and the Netherlands to ensure you get the freshest beans possible.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ZONES

BELGIUM & NETHERLANDS (Domestic)
We offer fast, local shipping rates for both countries.
- Standard Shipping: €6.95
- FREE SHIPPING on orders over €45

GERMANY, FRANCE & LUXEMBOURG
- Standard Shipping: €9.95
- Free shipping is available on orders over €80.

REST OF EUROPE (Italy, Spain, etc.)
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- We recommend ordering the Bundle or bulk items to optimize shipping costs.

3. DELIVERY TIMES
- Belgium & Netherlands: 1-2 business days (PostNL / Bpost / DPD).
- Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days.

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, UK), customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
