CANCELLATION & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
We offer flexible subscriptions and exclusive pre-orders to ensure you consistently receive our freshly roasted coffee. This policy outlines how you can manage, change, or cancel these purchases.
SUBSCRIPTIONS When you purchase a subscription, you will receive scheduled deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery prior to dispatch.

Management & Cancellation: You have full control over your coffee supply. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal linked in your account and order confirmation emails.

Billing Cycle: To avoid being charged for an upcoming roast, please ensure any cancellations or modifications are made before your next scheduled billing date.

Availability: As our offerings include small-batch and limited-edition coffees, subscription fulfillments are subject to crop availability. If a specific origin becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately with alternative options.
PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED RELEASES For exclusive drops or out-of-stock items, we may offer pre-orders. We may collect a partial deposit or full payment at checkout, securely storing your payment method to fulfill the order once the coffee is ready.

Pre-order Cancellation: You can cancel an unfulfilled pre-order at any time before the roasting and shipping process begins.

Fulfilled Orders: Once a pre-order or subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
